User Experience
Using the Wireless Dog Fence System has been mostly positive. The setup process is straightforward, primarily due to the GPS technology that eliminates the need for buried wires or base stations. This convenience has been appreciated in various settings, including city yards and larger open spaces.
The collar’s waterproof feature has proven beneficial, particularly during rainy days or when the dog enjoys splashing through puddles. Users report that the vibration and sound modes are effective for training, while the shock mode acts as a last-resort option. The collar’s long battery life means fewer interruptions during use, which is a significant advantage for active dogs.
However, some users have noted minor limitations. The GPS signal can be inconsistent in areas with dense trees or buildings, occasionally leading to drift in boundary settings. Additionally, the collar’s length can be cumbersome, requiring users to cut or secure excess strap material.
